1. The name says “Only Roses” but is that true? While we do offer a large supply of excellent roses and specialise in them, we also have a variety of other flowers such as irises, lilies, tulips, gerberas and more to suit the occasion you need. You can also send extras with your bouquets to add a little ‘oomph’ to your arrangement. You can choose from quality chocolates to a fine wine to complement the arrangement you are sending.
2. I’d like to buy a gift voucher. Are those available? Gift vouchers are most certainly available. Simply call 1300 767 376 and ask for details. You can receive your gift voucher either by post or e-mail, whichever is most convenient for you. Some charges will apply to vouchers that must be express posted. There are no fees for emailed vouchers.
3. What is entailed in the Gift Reminder Service? We all live busy lives and sometimes it is hard to remember all the dates for the important people in your life. You never have to worry about that again with Roses Only’s gift reminder service. When you sign up as a member, you will be given access to this service for no additional fee.
4. How do I sign up for the Gift Reminder Service? This free service is very easy to set up. Simply follow these instructions:
a. Login at the Member Login section of the site
b. Click on “Reminder Service”
c. Click on “Add Reminder”
d. Choose a title for your reminder. Then choose a message you want to send to yourself and then the date you want to receive the notification, in addition to the date that you want a reminder for.
e. Then submit
f. Click on “Add Reminder” for additional dates you want notifications for.
5. What if the person is not home to receive the delivery? If recipient is not home, we can do one of a couple of options.
a. Leave the flowers at the door if given permission by you.
b. A card will be left with contact information. The recipient will contact the courier and arrange for a time to receive the flowers.
6. What if the wrong address is given? It is very important to have the correct information so please be very careful when filling out address details for the recipient. Failure to do so could mean a refreshment and redirection fee of $15-$30.
7. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order provided you cancel the order at least 24 hours prior to delivery. However, you will be charged a $15 administrative fee. Cancellations that are less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee on the total order. Orders that are prepared and ready to go cannot be cancelled.
8. Can I change my order? Yes, but with some conditions. Please contact us right away via email or phone. If you need to change the delivery address, a fee of $15 will apply. If a delivery has been successfully made at one address, it cannot be redirected to a new address with the same arrangement. If your arrangement has already gone out to the recipient, you cannot change the card content, spelling, etc. Please do your best to give us the most accurate information.
